CANCELLATION-REFUNDS POLICY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL-CANCELLATION

The user is entitled to withdraw from the contract without reason within an exclusive period of fifteen calendar days from the day the user or a third party designated by the user received the product.

In this case, the company must inform the user and either refund the amount according to the above or propose the replacement with any other product. If you refuse to receive an order without any of the reasons mentioned above, the system will have bank deposit or online payment as a payment option for your next future orders, while the cash on delivery and courier purchase options will not be active. RETURNS OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
